When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, its okay. Contact us and we’ll fix it!

In some instances, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here.

Yes, You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations as long as the order has not been processed and shipped – so if you change your mind within that time – send us a message and we’ll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

Our products will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return – please contact our support team and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.

Items returned within 30 days of their arrival date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

We’ll make it up to you in the case that it does. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within 7 days of receiving that item and we’ll work it out with you.

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe.

If the item you’ve purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we’ll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
